Patients can manage their data from a single dashboard and share their data with their healthcare providers from different modules. To provide people with a handle to keep track of things, Curavista developed over 30 different modules that can immediately (Plug ’n Play) be used.
Data is real-time, zodat iedereen altijd op de hoogte is. De communicatie is veilig, ook naar andere zorgverleners toe. Zo kan je bijvoorbeeld een foto of uitslag toevoegen.

Een bewezen, gecertificeerd platform
A proven, certified platform
Gezondheidsmeter PGO is NEN7510 (informatiebeveiliging in de zorg) en ISO27001 gecertificeerd , inclusief de aanvullende MEDMIJ eisenset. Daarnaast is Gezondheidsmeter PGO een gecertificeerd zelfzorgplatform (ZelfzorgOndersteund! in 2015, 2016, 2017). Je logt in met een 2-Factor Authenticatie via sms of met DigiD. Dat kost iets meer tijd maar is wel zo veilig. Via de APP kan je snel inloggen met een 5-cijfercode, net als bij de bank.
Health Monitor+ is certified als self-care platform (ZelfzorgOndersteund! in 2015, 2016, 2017). The data centers are NEN7510 and ISO27001 certified. Curavista as an organization is NEN7510 and ISO27001 certified, including the additional MEDMIJ set of requirements. We log in with 2-Factor Authentication via SMS or DigiD. That costs a bit more time but is a lot safer. Through the app you can quickly log in with a 5-digit code, just like at the bank.

Voor professionals is er eem snelle route direct vanuit het eigen dossier. Zij loggen in op het EPD, kiezen jouw dossier en klikken op Gezondheidsmeter PGO. Ze komen direct op jouw dashboard uit. Operationeel voor Medicom, Promedico ASP (bijna), Porta Vita, Horizon. Hix of Epic hangt af van het ziekenhuis waar je onderbehandeling bent.
For healthcare providers, there is an even faster route: log in directly from your own EPD. You log in to the EPD, choose the patient and click Health Monitor+. You directly enter the patients dashboard. No longer logging in separately or looking up a patient. You can't swap patients by accident, and you can't navigate between patients inside Health Monitor+ with a CSSO. Operational for Medicom, Promedico ASP (almost), Porta Vita, Horizon. Do you use Hix or Epic? Then it depends on the hospital where you work if this contextual single sign is operational.
